The organising committee consists of members supporting the executive team in event preparation or relationship building. The expected workload will be approximately 2-3 hours per week.
These roles are also a great place to step towards more senior leadership roles within the club such as the Executive Team or Co-President. On many occasions, when additional roles/opportunities come up, committee members who show interest in senior roles will be given opportunities to step up.

Social Innovation New Zealand’s vision is to unleash potential through entrepreneurial social action. As a member of the events committee, you are responsible for contributing to the planning and implementation of SINZ events to create valuable experiences for members to engage with social enterprise.
Social Media Assistant
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the creation of graphical content, including logos and posters and be involved with the social media content creation process.
This will likely require the use of the Adobe suite (Adobe Illustrator) and prior experience in this field.
We are ideally looking for someone who has a strong background in graphic design, a creative mind wanting to learn about the social media content creation process, who can attend relevant SINZ events throughout the semester and is capable of working with tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for photographing, editing said photographs and creating videos for promotion and information online. This includes the entire process of filming, directing and assisting with editing of the videos.
We are ideally looking for someone with promotional video-making experience or someone with a creative eye willing to learn, who can attend relevant SINZ events throughout the semester and is capable of working with tight deadlines.
